Ooey gooey s'more brownies topped with colorful peanut M&M's are the perfect way to kick off this summer's backyard entertaining.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (100 gr) sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 gr) brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 oz (115 gr) butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup (90 gr) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 whole graham crackers
- 1 10 oz bag large marshmallows
- peanut M&M's
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9x9 in pan with parchment paper.
- Line the pan with one layer of graham crackers.
- For the brownies: Melt the chocolate with the butter (in a double boiler or in the microwave for 45 seconds) and let cool down.
- Mix the sugar with the eggs. And beat well.
- Whisk in the melted chocolate/butter.
- Stir in flour cocoa powder and salt until just combined.
- Pour over the graham crackers. And bake for about 30 minutes until set.
- Top with one layer of marshmallows and broil for about 1 minute, or until browned, watching carefully not to burn the top.
- Sprinkle with M&M. Let cool and cut in 16 squares.
